Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your art!
Each print is made especially for you through our print partner, Gelato, as soon as you place your order. Because everything is made on demand, we don’t hold stock — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. 💛
If something goes wrong
We take quality seriously! If your wall art arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out within 30 days of delivery so we can fix it fast.
Send us an email at info@bad-ai.de with:
• Your order number
• A short description of what happened
• A clear photo of the issue
Once we confirm the problem, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Made-to-order means no returns for change of mind
Since every print is custom-made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or chose the wrong design. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
Shipping details matter
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, we can reship it once it comes back — but shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Lost packages
If your art doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, get in touch! We’ll work with Gelato and the courier to track it down.
If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Need to cancel?
Orders can only be canceled before they go into production (usually within a few hours of ordering).
Once printing starts, we can’t cancel or refund the order.
If you need to make a change, email us ASAP at info@bad-ai.de — we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
